Duties and Responsibilities:Start-up inspection a. Inspect interior of filler bowl before AM sanitationUse a sanitizing cloth, sanitize interior of cap hopper, cap chute and lidIf less than 24 hours down, complete AM Sanitation with Per Ox sanitizer d. After 24 hours down, operator will complete a modified wash e. Will call lab technician for pre-op testingWill bring each product change over to the lab for testing, at this time the filler will remain off until lab gives approvalAccurately record all lot code information from capsAllow product to sit on conveyor longer than 10 minutes without emptying product from the conveyor, caser and stacker and placing in coolerKeep cap bags twisted closed and box flaps down during productionDump all un-capped product that goes under rinserKeep a clean and safe work area during their shiftComplete daily CIP Checklist after production is completeRemove their trash and put in dumpster dailyHelp other operators for the remainder of their shift, after their filler responsibilities are completeParticipate in cross-training on other filler and foundry machines
