Shifts & Pay:
1st Shift: 9AM - 5PM - $18 - 18.54/HR
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include supporting the Customer Service department with orders and other paperwork.
More specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including but not limited to the following:
...
- Entering and processing customer orders.
- Assisting customers by phone with orders, inquiries, and returns.
- Configuring sprung and Torflex axles for customers.
- Looking up axle serial numbers and ID axles for customers.
- Assisting customers with identifying parts needed for axles.
- Transferring I/C PO?s to order Torflex axles.
- Checking orders.
- Billing customer credit cards.
- Stamping, processing, and issuing axle shop orders.
- Retrieving emailed orders from the CS mailbox.
- Writing up RGR?s for returns.
- Assisting with shop ordering processing, faxing, retrieving call center messages and provide POD?s to customers
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Customer Service experience in an office setting.
Handling customer calls.
Self-motivated - must be able to work without constant supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Detail oriented and organized.
Able to read work instructions and other documents provided in English.
Understand verbal instructions in English.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
