Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior management to develop a strategy for integrated media campaigns
- Produce multimedia materials related to marketing and promotional needs and events, including storyboarding, scripting, recording, editing, publishing and delivery of material through the appropriate media channels as needed to accomplish objectives; assist with digital and social media, public relations and creative teams to select the appropriate media for their projects across different media platforms when appropriate
- Schedule placement of content on digital media platforms
- Create content for digital media platforms according to platform guidelines
- Write or collaborate with communications team to produce keyword optimized content
- Check social and digital accounts daily for alerts and mentions; respond accordingly
- Connect followers with appropriate staff with courteous, informed, professional engagement
- Understand business objectives; translate to measurable and achievable goals
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital media channels
- Keep online media library is kept up-to-date
- Monitor impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns
- Remain up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and design technology available
- Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
Associate

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years experience in digital marketing; preference given to candidates with short form video recording and production experience
- Degree or certification in digital media, video production or related field preferred
- Solid knowledge of design and editing programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Express
- Advanced experience with analytic tools such as Google Ads and Google Campaign Manager
- Familiarity with paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Experience with social media content management platforms like Hoot Suite
- Knowledge of the latest media trends
- Basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget
