As a key leader, the Digital Procurement Manager is responsible for supporting the digital transformation of the Procurement organization, with enabling Innovation and standardization in Processes, Systems and Performance improvement across the functions of Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Cost Innovation and Supplier Development. The Digital Procurement Manager manages the coordination of IT projects, working closely with the PIT organization on delivering solutions. The position reports to the Global Director and supports with digital governance, digital process design, systems development-maintenance-enhancements, continuous improvement and team capability development. The position also plays a key role with aligning and developing global analytics, web-based presence and establishing global master data governance across the organization.
Salary: $103- $126k/year DOE

-Support development, deployment and execution of digital systems delivering global process and standard alignment
-Execute assigned tasks with driving functional alignment and compliance, coordinating strategies, annual goals realization and special initiatives
-Create innovation by benchmarking industry best practices for using Procurement digital tools, develop new proposal and drive strategic roadmap development
-Manage the impact of change
-Bring financial and economic support in the preparation of the strategic decision
Digital Transformation
-Support the efforts in leading transformation to Digital Procurement
-Coordinate efforts of creating global solutions for digitizing procurement and supply chain processes
-Develop and execute the digital roadmap in alignment with Global PIT
-Ownership of building business justification supporting IT solution roadmap
-Support driving global alignment on business and system processes
Governance & Procurement Performance
-Govern the digital systems supporting global processes (design, implementation, monitoring, and compliance usage enforcement)
-Enhance data accessibility and efficiency across the organization
-Develop and maintain BI and data analytics solutions, working closely with PIT organization (dashboard- reporting, PowerBI, QLIK)
-Develop and maintain the collaborative platforms (ie SharePoints, Team Sites, Portals)
-Participate with auditing compliance and improvement of the global management system (DGSS)
Data Governance & Supplier Relationship Management
-Support the CoE responsibility with implementing a robust Supplier Management system
-Support the implementation of robust rules and governance for Supplier Master database (ERP-SRM)
-Coordinate the eco-system for SRM and drive the required improvements to the Communication platforms for suppliers
Organization Capability Development
-Support the deployment and execution of training programs covering global processes and digital systems
-Develop, consolidate and deliver training plans on new system and functionalities
-Enhance training portfolio, Onboarding and solutions for e-learning
