-Conduct diagnostics to identify issues needing repairs on company's fleet
-Manage all aspects of shop staff
-Oversee parts inventory for fleet
-Work with operations manager for scheduling of maintenance items
-Perform as part of the maintenance team as needed
-Grow and expand shop business
