- Provide strategic HR advice to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Manage and optimize recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs for smooth new hire integration.
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and career development initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement programs to recognize and reward employee contributions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to maintain market competitiveness.
- Manage relationships with external service providers.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Develop policies that promote a safe and compliant work environment.
- Proactively manage and mitigate HR-related risks.
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs across the organization and implement development programs.
- Monitor and adjust training initiatives to ensure they meet both company and employee needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and compensation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
