We are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to join the leadership team of a metal fabrication company. This new position will work closely with the President of the organization, guiding operations to align with their strategic goals. This will include the management and oversight of process improvement, team development, financial management, compliance & safety, stakeholder engagement, and leading the teams through technology and innovation integration. Responsibilities:

• Implement process improvements to boost productivity and quality
• Drive revenue growth by collaborating with sales and marketing
• Manage budgets and track KPIs for cost control and productivity
• Engage with stakeholders to align operational goals with business objectives
• Integrate technology and innovation into operational practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of operations management experience, with 5+ years in leadership
• Experience in the structural steel and fabrication industry
• Proven success in operational improvements in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Excellent leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills
