The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dishwashing area. This role plays a crucial part in the overall operations of the restaurant by ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and readily available for use.

Dishwashing: Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils using commercial dishwashers or by hand, as needed.
Kitchen Equipment: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, such as stoves, ovens, grills, and fryers, to ensure they are in good working condition.
Organization: Properly stack and store clean dishes and utensils, ensuring they are readily accessible to kitchen staff.
Trash Removal: Empty and maintain trash bins in the kitchen and dishwashing areas. Dispose of garbage properly.
Stocking Supplies: Monitor dishwashing and cleaning supply levels and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
Sanitization: Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly sanitized to meet food safety standards.
Cleaning Duties: Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down countertops, and keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized.
Compliance: Follow sanitation and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
