Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the subject matter expert on drug testing compliance, maintaining regulatory standards/certifications, and managing client expectations as their Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
2. Act as a resource for State Drug Testing Laws and DOT compliance-related questions. Provide technical support on drug test performance characteristics, drugs of abuse and their metabolites, windows of detection, cutoff levels, accuracy, adulteration, panel options, and other drug testing solutions.
3. Provide training and support to customers and staff on how to optimize technology for improved drug testing programs.

-Understanding of applicable state laws and federal regulations, including 49 CFR Parts 40 and 382, pertaining to drug testing.
