This role contributes to the health, safety and environment (HSE) performance, helping the organization to deliver a culture through clear accountability and a skilled organization in the pre-fabricated construction industry. In this role, you will be the coordinator proactively oversees the reporting function for the manufacturing plant and provide guidance to the supervisors for safety. Assure that our business meet, at a minimum all applicable compliance standards, including, governmental record-keeping and company metrics, and effectively communicates results to management as needed.

Assure, execute, and document plant-specific report and guidelines.
Assist the appropriate, effective, and timely facilitation of all required safety training programs for the facility by conducting the training personally, or through others.
Responsibilities:
Maintain constant and open lines of communication with manufacturing group.
Partner with plant management to ensure ownership and accountability.
Serves as technical resource with oversight responsibility to ensure the implementation and documentation of sound principles of Industrial Hygiene.
Work hand-in-hand with plant management to identify hazards in the workplace and deviations from acceptable practices or requirements, and communicates findings to plant management.
Submitting plan to the states (state level) that will receive units and assist with the third party inspection that occur.
Maintain all recordkeeping and schedules for updating training etc.
Understand and maintain all reporting for the waste water system.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bachelors degree perferred but not required

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Manufacturing experience required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft office and basic computer skills.
Be able to keep on task and complete projects & reporting on time.
Work hand-in-hand as a partner with the production team and assist production if needed.
