Responsibilities:
- Support providing high-quality training programs that promote and support development.
- Create and develop training materials and engaging learning activities.
- Make sure the course content optimizes learning and enhances retention that can develop skills.
- Utilize multimedia visual aids.
- Customize the existing library of courses.
- Manage multiple projects daily by communicating with co-workers and internal clients to ensure deadlines are met and projects remain on track.
- Communicate with translation resources and update courses into multiple languages.
- Design interactive features that are visually appealing and focused to enhance the learner?s understanding of content.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- 5 years? experience creating, maintaining, and delivering instructor-led content on technical products to audiences with a range of technical experience including virtual classroom tools and learning management systems
- 3+ years adobe macromedia flash, animation design or e-learning design tools is a plus
- Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Adobe FrameMaker, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Basic HTML, Articulate Storyline and Rise, Flash programming, and Photoshop is preferred.
- Able to post and maintain training materials in the Learning Management System (LMS)
