Responsibilities:-Delegate tasks as required by Quality Assurance Manager-Monitor QMS and help to maintain ISO certification.-Assist in coordinating audit plans with external auditors.-Identify discrepancies between requirements and product along different stages of the assembly process, compile, and present findings to management.-Act as liaison for external audits including but not limited to, UL, CSA, ETL and ISO.-Assist in finding closure for customer concerns and supplier corrective actions.-Help to create and update documents for all departments.-Assist with the development and planning of the DFMEA and PFMEA.-Assist with creation of Control Plans and develop inspection checklists.-Assist with calibrations and calibration documentation.-Assist with receiving inspections and inspection input.-Assist with Audit Yellow Books and Tracking Sheets for completeness.-Ensure Customer Documentation is complete by auditing for completeness.-Work with team members to resolve corrective actions and to identify continuous improvement opportunities.-Assist with Implementation of Risk Management and generate Preventive Actions.-Perform quality function of Factory Witness/Acceptance Tests.-Ensure Quality and Manufacturing processes are followed.-Post Quality, Customer and Manufacturing Quality Alerts.-Perform visual checks of paint, weld and electrical components throughout manufacturing.-When required, perform close-up/pack-out inspections.-When required, travel to customer sites to perform quality checks on field work.-Work with other departments to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and that material and equipment have the appropriate documentation as per standards.-Utilize and ensure compliance with project specific and customer required databases.-Assist in photographing, storing and circulating equipment photographs.-Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:-Ability to interpret moderately complex to complex electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications.-2-3 years electrical experience required.-2-3 years quality inspection experience.-High School Diploma or GED minimum.-Ability to interpret and implement industrial safety standards.-Ability to use test equipment.-Ability to efficiently use computers and MS software.-Must be willing to work in various work environments and overtime.-Must have adequate visual acuity with or without the use of corrective lenses.-Ability to work unsupervised and in group settings.-Possess good written and verbal communication skills.-Possess work accuracy and good organizational skills.
