• Ensure proper functioning of all electrical units in the facility & all scheduled checks are done
• Run conduit, wiring, hook-up disconnects, switches, push buttons, circuit panels, breakers, suppressors, transformers, motor starters, relays, timers and motors
• Maintain plant P.L.C. 's which are primarily Allen Bradley(modify and write programs, download, upload), sensors, network (LAN), phone lines
• Diagnose motor conditions; Replace gear motors
• Maintain proper lighting throughout plant which includes changing bulbs, fixtures and ballast
• Troubleshoot electrical problems in all departments
• Available for call-out in cases of emergencies and breakdowns

• Proficient in mathematics and electrical calculations (amps, voltage, resistance, capacitance)
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with lean manufacturing and electrical repair tools-Skilled in identifying technical malfunctions in electrical systems
• Flexible with rotating shifts
• Experienced in Aerial Lift & Forklift operation
• Associate Degree in Electrical or equivalent technical certification
• 3+ years industrial electrical experience with working knowledge of N.E.C. codes
• PLC maintenance (Allen Bradley, SLC-5/04, ControlLogix, RSLogix, RSLinx)
