Compensation: $40-45/HR
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-call as needed)

Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Supervise and mentor Apprentice Electricians, ensuring safety and high-standard workmanship on every job site.
Project Management: Manage timelines and resources to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and project progress reports.
Fleet Management: Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary inventory.
Service Excellence: Provide exceptional electrical service while traveling to various job sites and participating in an on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
Licensure: Must hold a valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License (registered with the MN DLI).
Driving Record: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving history.
Technical Skills: Strong hands-on electrical knowledge and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
Project Management: Demonstrated experience in time management and leading projects to completion.
Soft Skills: A team-oriented mindset with the initiative to mentor junior team members.
Education & Experience
Education: Completion of an accredited Electrical Trade School or Apprenticeship program.
Experience: Open to newly licensed Journeymen (0-1 years as a Journeyman) with a strong work ethic and leadership potential.
