Execute preventative maintenance on all Operations equipment per approved preventative maintenance plans on time. Account for any materials used during preventative maintenance. Create work orders for any tasks necessary for proper machine operation outside of preventative maintenance plan. Respond to demand (unplanned) maintenance activities in a timely and efficient manner to reduce unplanned downtime. Communicate root cause of failure. Solve problems right the first time.Provide technical support and expertise as the technical point person for all Operations equipment and systems. Manage and review all critical systems and equipment to maintain their efficient and reliable operation, including accurate and up-to-date documentation and monitoring of work done to them for thoroughness and quality.Performs routine fabrication, assembly, installation, operation, maintenance, modification, and testing of electrical and mechanical components, apparatus and equipment.Assist in reducing manufacturing costs by identifying changes to components and processes to reduce raw material costs and/or process time. Implement changes with proper timing, documentation, planning, and communication with equipment change policies.Test performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, and electronic voltmeters.Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.Operate, test, maintain, repair, and/or troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), robotics, vision systems, sensors, and servo controllers.
