Spherion Staffing has an immediate need for 4 Electronic Solderers to operate required machinery or tools in order to prep, assemble or install various electronic components on printed circuit boards using soldering or related bonding procedures and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform soldering, prep and assembly work to current IPC standards

Perform in-line quality inspection of work to current IPC standards
Connects component lead wires to printed circuit or routes and connects wires between individual component leads and other component, connectors, terminals and contact points using soldering or related bonding procedures and equipment
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in rework and repair of electronics
Current IPC certificate or to be attained as part of training
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Color vision
Experience working with small parts and good manual dexterity
IPC certified
Read, write, speak, and understand English
