Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and operation of all manufacturing equipment, ensuring functionality and efficiency.
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment downtime and ensure continuous production.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all equipment complies with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments to address equipment-related issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents or repairs.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and staff are trained in the proper use of equipment.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source parts and services for equipment maintenance.
Participate in the development of operational strategies and improvements for equipment performance.
Manage the budget for equipment maintenance, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising safety or quality.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Preferred 10 years experience in solar manufacturing or semiconductor manufacturing.
Education:
Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in solar panel manufacturing or semiconductor manufacturing.
Experience with robotic arms and automation systems.
Skilled in developing and executing preventive maintenance schedules.
Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly.
Strong leadership skills to supervise and support technicians and operators.
Effective communication and delegation abilities.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
5 years experience in implementing process improvements.
Ability to enforce safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
5 years experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.
