3+ years of experience as an Equipment Technician, with specific experience in maintaining solar or semiconductor manufacturing equipment.Associate?s degree or certification in a related technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience with PLCs and other control systems is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement effective solutions.Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with engineers and production staff.Ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for long periods, and work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and heat.
