Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar or semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs on high-precision manufacturing equipment.
Calibrate and adjust equipment settings to ensure proper functioning and adherence to production specifications. Assist in process optimization to enhance equipment efficiency.
Identify potential issues before they result in equipment failure, reducing downtime and improving overall equipment reliability.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Provide reports to supervisors and suggest improvements to maintenance procedures.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting equipment safety checks.
Work closely with production staff and engineers to resolve equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Equipment Technician, with specific experience in maintaining solar or semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Associate?s degree or certification in a related technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience with PLCs and other control systems is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with engineers and production staff.
Ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for long periods, and work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and heat.
