Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in POS systems.
Perform troubleshooting steps, including testing and replacing parts such as printers, touchscreens, card readers, and power supplies.
Install and configure POS systems and related peripherals as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Document repair processes and solutions for future reference.
Provide technical support to customers and answer basic product-related questions.
Collaborate with senior technicians and supervisors to resolve more complex issues.
Ensure timely completion of assigned repair tasks.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with POS system repair or troubleshooting.
Familiarity with basic networking and configuration of peripherals.
Experience working in a technical support or customer service role.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent (not required).
Knowledge of software installation, configuration, and updates.
Familiarity with ticketing or work order systems for tracking repairs.

High School

Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
