Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Lead safety committee meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Provide safety training to employees to promote a culture of safety and awareness.
Ensure safety compliance with all company and OSHA regulations and standards.
Maintain ISO 14001:2015 certification through monitoring and implementation of conservation initiatives.
Conduct genba walks and 6S walks to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Manage wastewater, SPCC, and storm water compliance programs to ensure environmental regulations are met.
Conduct noise reduction programs to protect employee health.
Manage injuries, including Gensuite submissions and worker's compensation claims.
Conduct new hire orientations to ensure employees understand safety protocols and procedures.
Maintain and improve the company's environmental health and safety program through continuous improvement initiatives.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
Ability to manage worker's compensation claims and injury reporting processes.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Environmental Waste Management Experience
OSHA Compliance, Electrical Safety, and Hazardous Processes Experience
Excellent communication and organizing abilities
