As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of the team, with a variety of responsibilities that support the success of the company. Although you will report to the Operations Manager, you must be able to work independently and own the position! Organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects, is a must.
An extensive experience in office management is important for an Executive Administrative Assistant, with the ability to respond quickly and proficiently to requests from management, and work as part of a team, quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for the leadership team.

Starting Salary is $60,000.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
Document Management (Utilize Docusign)
Obtain, send, track, file, prepare, generate, update documents
Update Standard of Performance documents
Prepare closing books
Assist accounting with invoice filing & accounts payable
Insurance Data Management & Coordination (on going)
All aspects of Board of Director meeting support
Generate renewal questionnaires & enter data
Prepare captive scorecard & file franchise tax
Feasibility Study Report Document
Assist in report / book creation & assembly
Office Management
Supplies, Arrange Travel, Organize Events, Mail Distribution, Renew Licenses, Website update, Community Calendar, Water Plants, Phone Controller, Shipping
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
