Seeking Real Estate Professional to support Owner/CEO of company for a commercial real estate development & management firm.
Responsibilities:
Proficiency with standard software (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Prepares a variety of communications including emails, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, and Quickbooks

Gathers or creates and maintains records or data and distributes information as appropriate to department heads or internal/external personnel.
Provide administrative support and coordination on projects
Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and answer calls
Processes expense reports, approves invoices and monitors budgets
Monitor enterprise event and meeting calendar for key dates and deadlines
Distribute and track documents, ensure proper routing/approvals, and deliver or file when finalized.
Facilitate document processing which includes invoices and contracts.
Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, emails and other written communications.
Administer, organize and maintain project files, hard copy and electronically.
Supports senior leaders within the organization as needed.
Plans all travel with detailed itineraries, coordinates across other assistants to plan for conferences, offsites and other key meetings.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
College degree preferred
Highly motivated and independent self-starter with a tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to find solutions.
Forward thinker who monitors executives' calendar and events months out.
Orientation for detail as well as the ability to think conceptually

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Accounting/Bookkeeping Skills through Quickbooks
Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously, proactively
Follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Must be professional, organized and capable of managing tasks on multiple, concurrent projects.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to establish highly functional relationships with diverse personalities both within and outside the company.
