The Executive Director is overall responsible for the strategic direction,

Responsibilities:
Essential organizational responsibilities include:
(1) the Center?s mission and vision, short-term strategies, and long-term strategies
(2) compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensure standards
(3) the delivery of high-quality healthcare services
(4) systems and routines that protect patient safety and privacy
(5) plans for operational and financial success
Essential administrative responsibilities include:
(1) goals and performance evaluations for direct reports
(2) policies and procedures
(3) capital and operating budgets
(4) analysis of clinical, financial, and operational performance
(5) staff assignments and expected levels of productivity
(6) supplier, service provider, and lease agreements
(7) plans for safe and effective use of and preventive maintenance on facility, equipment, instrument,
supply, and other resources
(8) recruitment of support staff, providers and development of provider agreements
(9) staff training programs and assessments of staff competence
(6) plans for marketing and business development
(7) a work environment that fosters professional engagement, professional development, and
competency among all employees
(8) effective organizational committees and teams
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Minimum competencies include:
(1) independent abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, OptiMantra, and Eagle Soft
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include:
(1) knowledge of biological/bioregulatory medicine and dentistry, naturopathy, structural and energy
care, and holistic healthcare principles, and assessment, diagnostic, and treatment modalities.
(2) experience managing a multi-specialty, ambulatory healthcare organization with at least 25 FTEs
(3) acceptable results from the Center?s pre-employment reference checks, background checks, health
assessment, immunization verification, and drug screening
(4) minimum education requirements include a bachelor?s degree in healthcare administration, business
management, financial management, or related field of study
Minimum competencies include:
(1) independent abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, OptiMantra, and Eagle Soft
