Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and a modern workplace environment.
Coordinate logistics for caskets, vaults, and urns, including inventory management and supply ordering.
Facilitate open enrollment and renewals for employee benefits, ensuring compliance with COBRA and auditing participation forms.
Oversee new employee enrollment processes and maintain accurate address changes in our system.
Liaise with SCI & Stonemor for the Coupa Portal to ensure billing and invoicing accuracy.
Handle annual pricing revisions and ensure timely distribution of payment receipts.
Manage contracts on a five-year cycle and conduct annual updates with SAM.
Collaborate on group marketing initiatives with our current insurance company.
Utilize U-Haul carts for transportation needs as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office manager or similar role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Manage the conversion from Peachtree 2005 Accounting Program to QuickBooks.
Reconcile company credit card accounts, process payments, and track monthly fees.
Prepare payroll journal entries and manage bank reconciliations.
Set up customer, vendor, and item records, including pricing levels and revisions.
Oversee accounts payable by entering invoices and processing payments for all companies.
Manage accounts receivable by invoicing customers for all companies.
Generate monthly and special reports, including those for poles, vaults, tanks, and royalties (Paws and Wilbert).
Track reimbursements and payments for boots, uniforms, and dental expenses manually.
Handle NSF checks and manage petty cash.
Prepare year-end reports for the CPA, including journal entries and tax payments.
Manage recurring payments, estimated tax payments, and annual tax payments.
Prepare monthly sales tax reports and payments.
Coordinate financial data with the CPA to determine estimates and balance aged receivables.
Update pricing sheets and Peachtree for caskets, vaults, urns, and other products as determined by the owner.
