Spherion is looking for a fabrication technician for a state of the art facility that manufactures the world's best prosthetic, orthotic and medical products.
The successful candidate will support the fabrication of C-Brace and Custom Carbon AFO products and perform fabrication tasks such as plasterwork, laminating, pulling of thermoplastics, finishing, modifying, CAD/CAM operator, spraying, assembly, sewing, and other related duties.

Responsibilities:
??? Follows established work instructions and work orders
??? Assures quality of work by correctly using and understanding job quality check sheets
??? Performs in-process and final quality inspections of fabricated parts
??? Safely operates shop equipment and follows safety guidelines
??? Participates in departmental meetings, process improvements, and required training
??? Maintains a clean and safe work environment
??? Performs basic fabrication assignments under direct supervision
??? Demonstrates positive attitude toward safety, product quality, product schedule, and
product cost
??? Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Prosthetic or orthotic fabrication experience preferred
Knowledge or experience with Carbon Fiber preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Basic knowledge of anatomy and prosthetic/orthotic devices
Ability to read and interpret work instructions in the English language
Background check and drug screen required
