The mid-level Program Manager will provide support services to Federal contracts and business relationships for awarded Programs. This position will collaborate to maximize contract utilization and provide support from initial identification to proposal submission and award onboarding.

Primary point-of-contact for Government leadership
Managing a team with a diverse array of talents
Provide end-to-end contract program management
Work towards obtaining exceptional CPARS ratings
Development and delivery of presentations, bids, reports, and workplans
Ability to work in an ever-evolving, fast-paced atmosphere, with an excellence in professionalism, and unquestionable ethics.
Utilize Customer Experience and BizOpps for Federal Contracts.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Schedule familiarity with GSA and/or government agencies
Ability to manage programs for Defense and Civil Agencies
Basic understanding of FARS/DFARS and regulatory compliance clauses
Offer solution development
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
Recent experience with mutli-year contracts, IDIQs, and BPAS
Required experience with BizOpps and CX
5 years managing large, complex multi-year, multi-million dollar program through all Phases
BPA, IDIQ, Stand-Alone
3 years experience CX, IT/SETA, and BizOpps experience required
Bachelor's degree required
4 years experience (required) Project Mgmt, Stakeholder Mgmt, Team Mgmt
Exp w/MS Project, Excel, and Access required
3 years familiarity with GSA contracting
PMP Certificate preferred
Masters Degree preferred
VAR and GIS industry experience preferred
