Spherion is currently seeking a Field Service Manager in Hawley, MN. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of engineering practices, customer service skills and past experience working directly with customers in the field. This is a direct hire opportunity with a full benefits package available.
Responsibilities:

-Act as liaison between customer and internal departments
-Keep customers updated by providing production and shipping schedules
-Travel to job sites for construction meetings, installation inspections and troubleshooting
-Provide product training to customers and prepare/maintain custom equipment manuals
-Implement design changes and improvements
-Work closely with quality control, engineering and production to resolve any non-conformance issues
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
-Degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical engineering or related
-5+ years of related experience
-2D, 3D CAD software knowledge. Solidworks preferred
-2+ years supervising or leadership experience
-Ability to travel to customer locations
-Knowledge of engineering practices
