Inspect, diagnose, repair, assemble, and service equipment to ensure rental readiness at facility.Deploy, commission, and decommission equipment in the field.Maintain a clean and safe work area treating property, tools, machines, and equipment with care.Utilizing software and resources effectively and thoroughly diagnose, service, and repair any mechanical, hydraulic, or electronic issues present while performing duties and services on heavy equipment.Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment rentals within the technician's responsibility.Responsible for the accurate and prompt recording of machine information and repairs in electronic ticketing system including parts, labor, mileage and services performed.Ensure assigned service vehicle consistently upholds safety, cleanliness, and operational standards while guaranteeing parts and tools inventory are at kept at appropriate levels.Responsible for active communication of equipment, machinery, or other identified issues to supervisor and other stakeholders as appropriate.Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, vendors, and employees while serving as a source of technical knowledge for collaboration and troubleshooting.Be a leader in safety in adherence with industry standards and company core values. Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Implement measures to minimize risks and accidents in both field and shop operations.Other duties as assigned.
