- Support second chair duties in client meetings to learn the business, with ability to contribute to the conversation - Work directly with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients - Coordinate with senior leaders in any development and preparation for client visits and developing plans - Support in financial plans, recommendations, and solutions for the client's best interest - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and goals before providing a potential solution- Client and Advisory Engagement- Focused support and second chair duties in client meetings with an eventual ability toadd value to the conversation while gathering data and action items for follow-up.- Coordinates with Senior and Lead Advisors in the development and preparation ofclients? financial plans, developing recommendations and solutions in the best interestof the client and ensuring those plans are executed.- Communicating with clients by understanding the needs, objectives, goals, concernsand translating these into an actionable and disciplined plan.- Coordinating with clients other advisors (attorney, CPA, etc.) and other externalsources to carry out the goals of client service.- Provide client follow-up and engagement with client both pre and post meeting, aswell as other needs and communications as they arise.- Development knowledge in financial planning and investment management- Proficient in Microsoft 360, Redtail, and common financial planning and investmentmanagement applications, such as, eMoney, Tamarac, and Riskalyze is preferred, butnot required.- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, empathy and listening)- Demonstrates personal integrity, honesty and can deal with confidential informationdaily.- Ability to deal with stress in an ever-changing investment market and financial services- Excellent time management and strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritizemultiple tasks and anticipate potential problems.
1-4 years
- Leadership experience a plus- Certified Planner- Experience working with various custodial platforms (TD, Fidelity, Schwab, etc.) preferred- Retirement & 401K planning
- Must have related experience to be considered for the role. - Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field with pursuit and ability to sit for CFP exam within 2 years- Series 66 and Series 7, or the ability to sit for exam within 6 months- Experience in Retirement Planning and 401K management - 3+ year experience working for a financial organization- Exceptional communication skills and bedside manner - Able to identify a need and sell services to resolve that need - Proficient working knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs
