POSITION SUMMARY: Use of mechanical and electrical drawings. The position involves hands-on mechanical work using many different tools and equipment in a safe and productive manner. An Assembler/Finisher is responsible, but not limited to the following: Construction and Quality of a core and coil assembly and associated tanking procedures. Prep tank and cover, insert unit, install and connect internal and external accessories, and adjust to proper clearance. Process unit for testing and prepare for shipping. Keep work area safe, neat and clean. Complete all processing and check sheets as required.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: Various hand tools, cranes, fork lifts, power tools, hydraulic equipment, air tools, hot oil systems, vacuum pumps, scaffolding, ladders, battery powered lifting equipment and other tools as required.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
