This position is responsible for initiating and preparing required forms and applications on behalf of clients to establish or maintain the center as representative/third party administrator for a variety of benefits payable to consumers; initiating and processing Trust account payments; processing and entering of new and changed scheduled monthly Trust account disbursements; processing changes regarding consumer benefits and notifying appropriate agencies; works as a liaison between center staff, the Social Security administration, Medi-Cal, and care providers regarding representative payee functions; and tracking and reporting client wages to Social Security. Phone contact with professional staff and vendors.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The position requires the ability to set priorities and manage a variety of duties. Must be able to work with a fair degree of independence. Must have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience.
