Responsibilities:
SQF/FDA Regulatory Compliance Leadership:
- Maintain, manage, and improve SQF Certification (Advanced Level) with at least 3-5 years of demonstrable system management experience.
- Ensure strict and proactive compliance with all FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulations, HACCP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other applicable quality standards.

Systems and Documentation Management:
- Develop, implement, and audit quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Administer and control all quality systems and associated documentation, ensuring traceability and complete product history.
- Preferred experience in managing systems under ISO 9001.

Audits and Inspections:
- Lead and coordinate all internal and external audits (including certification bodies and customers).
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and document areas for continuous improvement.

Training and Problem Resolution:
- Provide comprehensive training on quality processes and standards to all staff.
-Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Logistics, and Maintenance) to identify root cause and resolve quality issues efficiently.

Project Leadership:
- Direct and drive strategic Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC) projects focused on performance improvement and defect reduction.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Master's Degree Preferred
Required Experience: Proven and significant experience in Quality Assurance management, ideally in a food, beverage, or supplement production environment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong and demonstrable knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and quality systems structure.
