We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our stadium event staff as part-time ushers and hospitality workers for football games and special events. Your primary role will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensure safety, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests attending the football games.

* Greet and assist guests as they arrive at the stadium. Provide directions to seating areas, restrooms, concession stands, and other amenities.
* Verify tickets, direct guests to their assigned seats, and ensure proper seating arrangements.
* Monitor crowd flow, ensuring that all exits, stairways, and aisles are kept clear and that guests follow stadium policies.
* Collaborate with security teams to ensure the safety of all guests. Report any suspicious activity or emergency situations to the proper authorities.
* Provide exceptional hospitality to VIP guests, manage hospitality suites, and assist with catering needs during the event.
* Address guest concerns or conflicts in a calm and professional manner, ensuring that all guests enjoy their experience.
* Enforce stadium rules regarding prohibited items, seating etiquette, and guest behavior.
* Assist in post-event clean-up and ensure all guests exit the stadium in an orderly manner.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Familiarity with stadium layouts and seating charts.
Experience in guest services or working at large-scale events.
Knowledge of safety and security protocols.

High School

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in stadium, event management, or hospitality roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping people.
Ability to stand for long periods, walk up and down stairs, and carry light items as needed.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during football season.
Work collaboratively with other ushers, security personnel, and event staff.
