Spherion Staffing is looking for Class A CDL Drivers who also are forklift certified/experienced to work with a client in Kindred, ND. In this role you are responsible to operate a forklift and other equipment to load and unload grain equipment products onto trucks and trailers. You will also be responsible for driving company semi-tricks & trailers hauling grain equipment products to and from job sites.

Pay: $21+ DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-5:30p, 2-3 overnights possible due to CDL, Busy season will be 50-60 hours/week, Winter (slow season) 40 hours/week
Responsibilities:
-Utilize picklist to retrieve products from inventory storage in warehouse for order fulfillment
-Efficiently and accurately load and unload products/supplies on trucks and trailers from picklist
-Securing and tying loads on trucks and trailers properly and safely
-Moving trailers as needed in the loading area by using a yard dog
-Ensure the proper and safe stocking of inventory in the warehouse for easy accessibility
-Ensure all inventory locations maintain accuracy
-Operate hand & power tools and other equipment as required to complete projects
-Operate forklift safely and according to the safe operating procedures
-Maintain an organized and clean warehouse
-CDL responsibilities, include preparing, loading, and unloading of products to and from job sites, following all DOT requirements and regulations
-Safe and efficient operating of a semi-truck and typically a 53' flatbed trailer
-Safely deliver and/or pick-up grain storage and handling equipment to various jobsites

-1-2 years of forklift operation experience preferred
-Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities and work in a repetitive and fast-paced environment
-Ability to work outdoors routinely
-Current Class A CDL, medical card and insurable driving record is required
-2 years of semi-driving and 1 year of flatbed experience required
-Knowledge and understanding of DOT rules and regulations
-Manual transmission a plus
