Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of cartons; following procedures to ensure the facility's goals are met.Responsibilities:Operation and use of P.C. to perform required job functions ( keyboard applications on MANDATE screens). Process garments per instructions on MANDATE screen following procedures. Perform value-added services (price ticketing, hangers, specialized folding, bags, etc.)as designated. Identify and separate wrong, damaged, and/or excess garments from the tote and process as procedures. Perform exception functions (at once, modify/delete SKU, etc.) per procedures. Pack cartons following procedures. Apply labels, bar codes, or add packing lists as designated. Operation of a handheld scanner. Operate printers and perform basic maintenance functions. Reprint labels or documents as needed. Key information into P.C. as needed. Manually tape cartons for shipment. Assemble cartons as needed. Perform audit functions. Maintain the necessary level of sundries, retrieve sundries from storage pod as needed. Complete required paperwork as directed. General clean-up of floor and work area on a continuous basis. Perform other duties as necessary.Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of cartons; following procedures to ensure the facility's goals are met.Working hours: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:Must be able to move 60 lbs. Mobility necessary to work at all levels of the building. Ability to stand 90% of the day if required by job function. Operation of RF Scanner, Hand Held Printer, and pallet jack. Maintain established efficiency and accuracy goals. Maintain safety rules and requirements. Maintain LS&CO. Policies and Procedures. Maintain facility housekeeping standards. Ability to read and write in English. Number recognition and correlation. Be alert to, watch for, and immediately report all carton jams and mechanical equipment failures.Education:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:Education/Experience: High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent work experience. 0-2 years experience.
