Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Pay $17-19/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers
-Process walk-in sales
-Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate departments
-Open and distribute mail
-Process all functions of Accounts Receivable (month end statements, receiving payments, and calling on past due accounts)
-Process daily cash, check, or credit card deposits to the bank
-Record deposit activity into accounting software
-Prepare lien waivers
-Order supplies and postage for postage machine
-Coordinate company functions
-Assist other office staff as needed
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience preferred but not required
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Must have previous experience of working in an office setting.
-Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and work effectively against deadlines.
-Must be highly detail oriented and organized in work
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
-Ability to handle dealing with difficult, impatient, or distressed customers
-Highly self-motivated with ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction to accomplish objectives
