In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET) programs. You'll use your creativity and expertise to design, develop, and deliver impactful training materials for FSET staff across the state. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we educate our team, primarily through virtual and computer-based platforms, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Training: Create engaging and effective training programs, from needs assessments to curriculum development and post-training surveys.
• Deliver Training: Lead virtual and in-person training sessions for both new hires and experienced FSET staff. You'll make complex policies easy to understand and remember.
• Collaborate and Support: Work closely with our regional FSET liaisons and training staff to identify needs and improve our training programs. You'll also provide direct support to FSET agencies.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and incorporating new technologies and methods to make our training interactive and dynamic.

Qualifications:

• A Natural Teacher: You're great at breaking down complex topics and presenting them in a clear, compelling way. You have a knack for adult education and know how to keep an audience engaged.
• Tech-Savvy: You're proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Experience with tools like SnagIt is a plus.
• An Independent Professional: You can manage your own workload and use good judgment to get things done without constant supervision.
• A Clear Communicator: Your verbal and written skills are top-notch. You can create professional, easy-to-read training materials and presentations.
• Knowledgeable: You have extensive knowledge of the FSET program in Wisconsin and Income Maintenance programs.
• Experienced: You have experience with the CARES Worker Web System.
