Responsibilities:

- Unpack, sort, and label daily medication orders from wholesalers
- Pull labels from the printer and sort them correctly by packing section
- Pull medications to be filled with a high degree of accuracy
- Accurately fill and label cards and use appropriate auxiliary labels when needed
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure medications are put away following your shift
- Check inventory status for assigned shelves and order appropriately according to par levels and/or supervisor instruction
- Work with inventory management to keep inventory at appropriate levels, including removing expired or unused meds, marking used bottles, occasionally staying late to conduct inventory, and keeping inventory neat, in order, and alphabetically arranged
- Assist other packing line technicians when needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree required
- Good computer skills
- Ability to stand for several hours
- Ability to be efficient while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to solve problems with minimal direction/adhere to deadlines and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Quality-minded and motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to frequently communicate with customers and/or with others about customer requirements, complaints, and common inquiries
