Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the company's general ledger, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Process and record financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
Handle all payroll-related tasks, including processing employee paychecks and maintaining payroll records.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Manage vendor relationships, including processing payments and maintaining vendor records.
Track and report on the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Assist with year-end audits and financial reviews.
Provide financial guidance and support to management as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
