3. Routes must be completed in an 8-hour shift unless notified by management for overtime. Failure to comply can and will lead to termination.
4. Route Drivers are responsible for rotation for all products in Pepsi accounts. Drivers will be held accountable for excessive amounts of spoilage for all items.
5. Greet key account contact on every visit to customer.
6. Keep all equipment in accounts clean and in working order while efficiently filling them.
7. Collect all funds from each vendor and refer any repair of equipment to our Vending Service Department.
8. Maintain truck cleanliness inside cab all trash and carboard must be taken off the vehicle at the end of the shift. All shells must be condensed into one bay at the end of the shift for the warehouse to unload.
9. Work hours are Monday through Friday 6am to 2:30pm unless notified by a manager.
10. Holiday Work hours during holiday - weekend holidays vs weekday holidays - holidays that fall on weekdays you are expected to work (except Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day)
11. Route Coverage - if the route you are running is unable to be completed during the normal work week (Mon-Fri) due to an unscheduled absence or Swing man is unavailable, you will be required to finish the route the following day, even if it falls on a weekend.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum high school education.
2. Previous sales or route sales experience.
3. Good verbal communication and people skills, including tact and diplomacy.
4. Possess and maintain a valid and complete Class B with air brake endorsement Commercial Driver???s License with all DMV, medical and legal clearances to provide for and allow use of said license.
Drivers with any of the following are ineligible for hire or continued employment because they will be declared as uninsurable by our insurance company:
a. License suspended or revoked in the last 3 years.
b. Alcohol-related conviction (DWI, open container, etc.) in the last 5 years.
c. Vehicular homicide, assault, or manslaughter conviction.
d. ???Hit and Run??? or ???leaving the scene??? conviction.
e. Reckless Driving conviction
f. Careless Driving conviction.
g. Financial responsibility filing
h. No valid license for state of residence
i. Speeding in excess of 20 mph conviction in the last 3 years.
