At PRC-Saltillo has a mission to provide voices to children and adults who are unable to communicate effectively with their natural voices. Responsibilities include data entry, reviewing orders to ensure medical documentation is complete, submitting orders to insurances, reviewing insurance approvals, denials, and appealing decisions, when necessary to ensure medicals needs are met.
Temp-to-hire window: Able for permanent placement after 480 hours
Requirements: Strong teamwork and organizational skills. Extensive communication skills. This position handles calls each day from a wide range of customers. They may need to influence, calm, diffuse, and persuade a customer through their conversation. Must be an expert listener, maintain customer confidentiality and have negotiating skills. Excellent written and verbal skills. Flexible, with ability to adapt to a fast paced, rapidly changing circumstances. Must have ability to maintain a positive attitude, especially during high stress. Must be detail oriented, with strong analytical ability. Associate's Degree in Business and two years of experience in a medical office, telemarketing, retail or customer service is preferred. An individual with an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook, is strongly suggested.
