Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive operational leadership across all resort departments (Food & Beverage, Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Desk), ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Drive guest satisfaction by championing service excellence, monitoring feedback, and maintaining a visible, approachable presence throughout the property.
- Lead all financial aspects, including budget management, P&L review, inventory control, and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
- Oversee Food & Beverage operations for the on-site restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service, menu planning, and compliance.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff, fostering a strong, motivated team and a compliant, respectful work environment.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
- Familiarity with hospitality software platforms (PMS, POS, inventory, revenue management systems).
- Demonstrated ability to build effective teams through strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving high guest satisfaction.
- Experience developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and excellence.
- Knowledge of current Myrtle Beach hospitality trends and market dynamics.

4-7 years
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior operations leader in a full-service hotel or resort.
- Expertise in budget management, P&L analysis, forecasting, and inventory control.
- Strong ability to manage multiple departments effectively and drive accountability.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards for facilities, safety, and health compliance.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, in a hands-on leadership role.
