Responsibilities:

1. Receiving:
- Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Record and verify quantities and items received against purchase orders or delivery documents.
- Organize and properly store received goods in designated locations within the warehouse.

2. Dock Checking:
- Conduct thorough checks of inbound shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Cross-verify items against pick lists or orders to prevent discrepancies.
- Address any discrepancies or issues promptly and accurately.

3. Picking:
- Accurately select and retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on pick lists or orders.
- Package and label items for shipment, ensuring they are prepared for safe transport.
- Organize picked items for efficient loading onto delivery vehicles.

4. Teamwork:
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals and meet productivity targets.
- Provide support and assistance to team members as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

5. Independent Work:
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Take initiative to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

6. Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Demonstrate endurance to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- Must have steel toed boots prior to start date
- Other PPE will be provided on first day

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effectively work with hand and power hand tools

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
- Requires regular lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- May involve working weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
