Provide assistance and support to customers by collecting information needed to prepare and layout the design for the best LED placement for building an electrical lighted sign.
Receives requests from customers to provide technical assistance with a sign build via telephone and email
Collects the appropriate data and information from pictures, pdf documents and any other resources provided by the customer that is needed to design a layout for the lighting placement in the customer's sign
Prepares the layout design of the lighting placement for the sign by using LED Wizard and Adobe Illustrator
Provide assistance and support to customers to resolve any sign electrical issues by asking specific questions and collecting data
Answers questions from customers via email or phone calls.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Must be able to read, write and use basic math skills
Must have general computer skills
Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator software skills.
This job is demanding and a full time office environment position. However it foes require sitting at a desk for extended periods of time. The job also requires the ability to focus on phone conversations and other job duties in a moderately noisy environment.
