In this role, you'll deliver direct therapy services and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team. Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans aligned with OT standards.
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
Maintain client documentation and submit reports timely.
Participate in staff training and professional development.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with Autism Population: Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum in clinical or therapeutic settings.
Supervisory Experience: Previous experience supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants or other clinical staff.
Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team, contributing to integrated care.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Proficient in listening and communicating effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in diverse environments, such as clinics, homes, or group settings, and adjusting to schedule changes.
Data Collection & Documentation: Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records for therapy sessions and treatment plans.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess client needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist: Must be licensed and certified to practice Occupational Therapy in Arizona (or eligible for immediate licensure).
Experience in Occupational Therapy: Solid experience in providing occupational therapy services, preferably with autism care.
Direct Client Care: Demonstrated experience in delivering therapy services and working directly with clients in a clinical setting.
Supervisory Capabilities: Ability to supervise and mentor Occupational Therapy Assistants effectively.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Compliance with Hiring Requirements: Successfully pass a fingerprint clearance check, TB test, and other necessary hiring requirements.
