This role will assist with HR functions, to include but not limited to, recruiting, documentation, supporting a safe work environment, assisting with benefit programs, HR programs, onboarding, administrative tasks, etc. Will compile and use key metrics, continuous improvement tools and employee feedback, to support HR and Operations in the development of key programs, must win battles and plant operation goals. Will act as a point of contact for employees as related to inquires or needs and must follow up on any actions required. The position will protect the interest of employees and the company in accordance with company policies, governmental laws and regulation. Will handle assigned projects as outlined in project objectives and due dates.
