Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as the HR administrator will include forming and maintaining employee records,updating databases internally, such as sick leave,preparing and amending where necessary HR documents should be directed, understanding employment contracts and recruitment guides,reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance,communicating with external partners,reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover, being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries,assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken and helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
As the HR administrator you will be expected to be proficient in the following:
Experience as a HR administrator or HR administrator's assistant
Understanding various HR software systems, like HRMS
Computer literate with programs such as word, excel, etc.
Good understanding of labor laws.
Organisational skills and ability to priorities.
Interpersonal with good communicative skills.
BSc in HR or a relevant field.
Education:
Associate
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
4-7 years of HR experience
Union and Payroll
Proficiency with KRONOS
Experience hiring hourly employees
Demonstrated ability with training and development programs
Adept with performance management and investigations
Proficiency with employee relations and EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity)
Skilled in employee benefits administration
