Contact position for 2-3 month
Great opportunity to gain experience in the HR field.
Provide backup to the human resources department receptionist, data entry.
Greeting new hires, data entry filing, record keeping, maintaining files.
Assist HR with Hiring & Onboarding of employees as required.
Track and audit daily new hire records to ensure that all the required electronic documents are completed to ensure accurate and required documentation is compliant.
Upload personnel documents electronically into Document of records
Process address and personal information change requests
Process employment verifications and file in employee document records.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to problem solve
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma required but AA degree desired
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Human Resources
Basic knowledge of state and federal labor laws
Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook
