The HR Recruiter leads quality recruitment and provides administrative support to the HR team. The Recruiter is responsible for maintaining satisfied internal customers by delivering assistance and administrative support to the HR team on various activities. Responsibilities:
Will include, but not limited to the following areas:
Responsible for screening, interviewing and placing Assembly, Machine Shop and Inventory workers which includes scheduling interviews with the Hiring Managers, posting job ads, sending application information and sending on time feedback to applicants.
Recommends/Assists in developing creative strategies and programs to attract candidates for all levels of assigned positions within the company.
Coordinates with third-party staffing agencies regarding operational needs for temporary workers.
Responsible for pre-employment testing.
Prepares interview and new-hire paperwork.
Represents the company at recruiting events such as career fairs, etc.
Manages candidate activity in company???s recruiting software.
Make recommendations for creative recruitment solutions to attract appropriate levels and quality of applicants.
Develops research methodologies, complies data and statistics and designs reports on human resources topics and compliance reports.
Assists in research works, employee training/onboarding and various HR activities.
Maintains a satisfied level of customer service with both internal and external customers.
Other duties as assigned or modified.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, interviewing skills and organizational skills and telephone manners.
Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong computer skill.
Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
