We are looking for an HR Specialist (Bi-Lingual) to join our team to support HR functions.
HR Specialist responsibilities include all new hire orientations for each location and completing E-Verify.

The selected candidate will also be completing all workers compensation paperwork including all OSHA required reports state and federal. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
Responsibilities:
Administer new hire orientation.
Ensure E-Verify is complete and employment is authorized
Maintain call files for employees
Inform employees about additional benefits they?re eligible for (e.g. extra vacation days)
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Maintain Workers Compensation reporting
Update and ensure all OSHA reporting is completed in a timely basis
Work with insurance companies regarding injuries
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bi-lingual preferred but not required
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2 years proven work experience as an HR Coordinator or Specialist
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ADP Workforce
Solid understanding of Workman Compensation
Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
Verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Be able to work in a fast paced environment and follow directions and check lists
